We are manufacturing Electrolytic Copper Powder  since 1981. We started production of Copper Powder from  Indigenously   developed technology .

We use virgin Copper Cathodes (99.9% pure)  for manufacturing   Electrolytic Copper Powder. Proper supervision and  testing is done right from raw material (Copper Cathode) stage  to packing and shipment stage and also at various intermediate stages during process .

Powder is Produced under strict supervision to make it suitable for various application  

Proper care is taken to supply material with consistent   Quality and with minimum batch to batch variation. 

Further samples are drawn at different stages of Production Process and only after strict inspection   material is released for further processing.   Independent  samples  are drawn from each blended batch and are inspected thoroughly at our laboratory.  Proper record is maintained along with small reserve  sample of each shipments for answering quries from customers.

Material is also send to independent laboratories for  testing  at regular  intervals.

At SIE quality control begins with selection of quality raw materials after chemical analysis of it . All production stages are monitored, controlled and all important parameters are documented. After completion of strict final inspection material is released for packaging & dispatch. Reserve samples of each batch are kept for future references.

Proper care is taken to keep materials free from contamination.

We have in house facility to determine Apparent density, Particle size distribution, purity,H2 loss, flow ability, Specific gravity , Particle shape, Moisture content, Acid in solubles, Dimensional changes upon sintering, green strength, Sintered strength, Compressibility of metal powders.
